ALL THAT FOLLOWS

In collaboration with choreographer Angela Herenda, Mart created the video artwork ALL THAT FOLLOWS – a symphony for screens. A living mosaic of unique moments, memories and coincidences. A visual poem of people and planets. A complex tapestry in which everything is isolated and everything is connected.

This kaleidoscopic installation, consisting of eight parallel one-take videos, explores the absurdity, melancholy and loneliness of human existence. The everyday life of seven characters is shown in a world of magical realism. In the seemingly coincidental web of image and movement, the spectator can create their own story by zooming in and out, daydreaming and fantasizing about the connections between the different screens and their bigger picture.
